BUTTERMILK CUSTARD 
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. butter
1/2 c. buttermilk
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla

2 PIES:

5 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. butter
1 c. buttermilk
2 tbsp. flour
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, sugar, and flour. Add 1 egg at a time. Add milk last. Bake slowly at 200-250 degrees in an unbaked pie shell.
