PISTACHIO SURPRISE 
1 c. flour
1 c. chopped nuts
1 stick butter

Pat into 9"x13" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes; cool. 8 oz. cream cheese 1 c. Cool Whip

Beat together and spread on cooled crust. Beat 2 small packages pistachio pudding on low speed with 3 cups of milk; spread over first layer. Top with a layer of Cool Whip and sprinkle with nuts. Refrigerate. Use large container of Cool Whip. Serves 12.
