PINEAPPLE CASSEROLE | |
1 (20 oz.) crushed pineapple (also chunks or tidbits) 1/2 c. sugar 3 tbsp. flour 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese 1 stick butter 1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs Drain juice from pineapple reserving 3 tablespoons. Combine sugar and flour. Stir in juice, add cheese and pineapple and mix well. Spoon into buttered 1 1/2 quart dish. Melt butter combine with crumbs, sprinkle on top. Bake on 350 degree uncovered 20 minutes or until crumbs are brown. Good with ham. |
