CHESS PIE 
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. cornmeal
1/2 c. melted butter
3 eggs
1 tsp. vinegar
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. milk
1 unbaked single pie shell

Mix sugar and cornmeal. Add melted butter and mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well after each. Add liquids and mix well. Pour into pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes. Can add 1 tablespoon lemon juice and zest of lemon, grated peel for lemon chess pie.
