LIME MINT TEA 
4 c. and 3 tbsp. sugar
4 1/2 c. water
4 c. strong brewed hot tea
4 c. crushed, fresh mint leaves
Juice of 8 lemons
Juice of 2 limes
2 thinly sliced limes
Crushed ice
Mint sprigs

In a pot boil sugar and water; cool. Strain. Combine lemon and lime juices with cooled sugar mixture. Serve in chilled tall glasses filled with crushed ice. Top each glass with a lime slice; garnish with mint sprigs. Yield: 18 or 20 glasses.
