LAZITA 
1 pkg. zita (ziti)
1 lg. jar spaghetti sauce
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1 c. sliced green peppers
1/2 c. diced onions
24 oz. pkg. cottage cheese
12 oz. pkg. shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg
Dash parsley flakes
Parmesan cheese

Cook zita (ziti) as directed. Pour a little spaghetti sauce on bottom of a 9 x 13 inch pan. Put in zita (ziti) over layer of sauce. Mix in green peppers, mushrooms and onions. In a bowl, mix the cottage cheese and half of the mozzarella cheese and egg; mix in a dash of parsley flakes. Mix this mixture in with zita (ziti) in pan. Pour spaghetti sauce over zita (ziti) mix. Sprinkle the rest of mozzarella cheese and top with Parmesan cheese. Bake 1/2 hour at 350 degrees.
