PEANUT BUTTER CRUNCH | |
2 tbsp. butter 1/3 c. peanut butter 2 c. bite size toasted wheat biscuits 2 c. bite size toasted rice biscuits 1/4 c. dry roasted peanuts 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees. 2. In large skillet, melt butter over low heat. 3. Stir in peanut butter until well mixed. Add cereal and nuts; toss to coat well. Remove from heat. 4. Spread on ungreased large shallow baking pan. 5. Bake at 375 degrees for 8 minutes or until golden brown. 6. Drain on paper towels. Store in covered container. |
