SHRIMP SALAD 
1 lb. cooked shrimp, frozen or canned, cleaned/drain on paper towel
2 oranges, sectioned
1/2 c. celery, diced
Little onion, minced
Black olives, cut up; optional
Mayonnaise, just enough to moisten

Combine all ingredients. Add mayonnaise to moisten. Chill; serves 6.
