MARY NELL'S PUMPKIN PIE 
1 c. cooked pumpkin
1 3/4 c. sugar
3 tsp. cornstarch (heaping)
2 eggs, separated
1 sm. can Pet milk
3 tsp. butternut flavoring
1 stick butter

Melt butter, add pumpkin, egg yolks and milk. Add sugar, cornstarch and flavoring. Beat egg whites and fold in slowly. Bake in uncooked pie shell at 300 degrees for 1 hour.
