MARZIPAN 
1 egg white
1 c. almond paste
Lemon juice
1/2 c. sifted confectioner's sugar

Whip egg white until fluffy. Gradually blend in almond paste and add sugar. (Add more sugar if necessary to make paste easy to handle.) If it becomes too thick, add lemon juice, one drop at a time. Knead the paste and mold into any desired shape.
