APRICOT PORK CHOPS | |
1 (8 oz.) can apricot halves 6 pork chops 1 can Campbell's cream of chicken soup 1/3 c. sour cream 2 tbsp. chopped green onions Drain apricots; reserve 1/4 cup syrup. Cut apricots in half. Brown chops; pour off fat. Add sour cream, reserved syrup and green onions. Cover. Simmer 25 minutes or until done. Add apricots; cook 5 more minutes. Serve with rice. |
