KOREAN ROAST CHICKEN 
1 chicken, cut up
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. minced green onions
3 tbsp. oil
3 tbsp. honey
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 tsp. minced fresh ginger (or 1/4 tsp. dry ginger)
1/2 tsp. pepper

Place chicken skin side down in large baking dish. Combine soy sauce and remaining ingredients. Pour over chicken. Bake, uncovered, at 375 degrees for 45 minutes. Turn each piece and continue baking for 10 to 15 minutes until done.
