KOREAN MEAT LOAF 
1 1/2 lb. ground beef
3 scallions, chopped
1 clove of garlic, minced
1 1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 egg
2 tsp. sesame seeds
2 tsp. brown sugar (packed)
1 tsp. fresh ginger, grated
1/2 to 3/4 c. plain bread crumbs (1 1/2 slices of white bread)

Combine all ingredients and form into a loaf.

Let set for 30 min.

Bake at 350°F for 50 - 60 minutes until juices run clear.
