TROPICAL ICE 
4 to 6 ripe mangoes
6 to 8 fresh strawberries
1 sliced banana
1/3 c. water
2 to 3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lime juice (optional)
1 to 3 tsp. fresh mint, finely minced

Cut mangos in half; slice and spoon pulp into blender. Add strawberries and bananas. Puree until smooth. Set aside. Bring water and honey to boil in small saucepan. Cook and stir until honey dissolves, then simmer on low about 4 minutes. Cool. Pour lime and lemon juices and honey mixture into puree. Stir in mint leaves. Pour into ice cube trays and freeze (2 to 3 hours). Let stand 10 minutes at room temperature to soften. Spoon into glass bowl; garnish with whole mint leaves.
