HAM AND POTATO CASSEROLE 
1 c. diced ham
1 (2 lb.) pkg. hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can celery soup
1 c. sour cream
1/2 c. shredded cheese (Cheddar)
1 tsp. onion powder
Pepper to taste

Thaw hash browns, add soups, sour cream, cheese and ham. Bake covered for one hour at 350 degrees.
