2 cans (4 1/4 oz. each) Underwood Deviled Ham
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 pkg. (0.4 oz.) dry ranch style dressing mix
1/2 c. diced tomatoes
1/2 c. green pepper
2 c. (8 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. chopped peanuts

In a medium bowl, combine all ingredients except peanuts. Refrigerate until firm enough to handle. Form into a ball and roll in peanuts. Refrigerate until ready to serve. Makes 1 cheese ball.
