PARSLEY JELLY 
3 c. parsley, leaves and stems (freshly picked)
1 lemon
1 bottle of Certo

Rinse 3 cups leaves and stems of parsley. Put in granite ware or Pyrex pan. Cover with cold water and bring to a simmer. Cover pot, simmer gently about 10 minutes. Add juice and sliced rind of lemon, cover again and let stand another 10 minutes. Put in jars and seal.
