BAKED CHICKEN ORIENTAL 
1 broiler-fryer, about 3 lb. cut up
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 tbsp. butter
1/4 c. honey
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce

Wash chicken pieces; drain. Shake in mixture of flour, salt and pepper in paper bag to coat well. Melt 4 tablespoons butter in 13 x 9 x 2 inch baking dish. Roll chicken pieces one at a time in melted butter to coat all over. Place skin side down in single layer in dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.

Melt remaining 4 tablespoons butter in small saucepan; stir in honey, lemon juice and soy sauce until well mixed. Turn chicken; pour honey mixture over. Bake, basting several times with syrup and drippings in dish, 30 minutes longer or until tender and richly glazed.
