DANG GOOD PIE 
1 c. sugar
3/4 stick butter
2 eggs
1 sm. can crushed pineapple, drained
2 oz. flaked coconut
3/4 tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. vanilla
unbaked pie shell

Blend sugar, butter and eggs. Add pineapple, coconut, flour, and vanilla. Stir and mix well. Pour into unbaked pie shell.

Bake at 400°F for 10 minutes then 350°F for 45 minutes. May need to cover crust to prevent over browning.
