YUM YUM CAKE 
2 eggs
2 c. sugar
2 c. crushed pineapple (undrained)
2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder

Mix cake ingredients in order given. Pour into greased and floured 9x13 cake pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

TOPPING:

1 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1 sm. can milk
1 c. coconut
1 c. pecans
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. lemon extract

Boil sugar, butter and milk for 3 or 4 minutes. Stir in coconut, pecans, vanilla and lemon. Pour over hot cake.
