CORN BEEF SALAD 
1 box lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. Hellmann's mayonnaise
1 can corn beef, cut up small
1/2 c. chopped cucumber
3 chopped hard-boiled eggs
2 c. chopped celery
1 sm. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. salt

Mix Jello with water and let set until jelled. Mix corn beef, cucumber, eggs, celery, onion and salt and mayonnaise together. Fold into the thickened Jello. Refrigerate until firm. Serve with mayonnaise.
