BAKED SOLE 
1 lb. fillet of sole
1 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
2 tbsp. butter, melted
1/2 c. milk
Salt and pepper or Mrs. Dash table blend

Dry sole by patting with paper towels. Dip sole in milk. Shake off excess milk. Dip in cracker crumbs. Lay sole in foil lined baking dish. Sprinkle with salt and pepper or Mrs. Dash. Drizzle butter over fish. Bake in 375 degree oven for 20 to 25 minutes or until tender.
