BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple in its own juice
1 lg. box sugar free orange Jello or 2 of the 3 oz. size
1 1/2 c. low fat buttermilk
1 (8 oz.) low fat Cool Whip

Heat pineapples until warm. Add Jello until dissolved. Chill until syrupy. Stir in buttermilk. Fold in Cool Whip. Put in 8 x 8 inch pan and chill.
