FROZEN FRUIT BUTTERMILK SALAD 
1 lemon (mandatory)
2 c. buttermilk
1/2 c. sugar or less
2 c. fresh fruit

Grate peel from lemon, add buttermilk and sugar; mix. Stir in fruit. Spoon into muffin pan cups. Freeze. Serve partially thawed. Makes 12 servings.
