HOLIDAY CHEESE BALL 
16 oz. cream cheese
1 (8 1/2 oz.) can crushed pineapple, drained
2 c. pecans, chopped
1/4 c. green pepper, chopped
2 tbsp. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. seasoned salt

Soften cream cheese. Gradually stir in pineapple, 1 cup pecans, pepper, onion and salt. Chill and form into 2 balls. Roll cheese balls in pecans. These can be frozen.
