This creamy cheese ball is a quick and easy treat for holiday parties.

6 oz. smoked or chipped beef, diced fine
2 lbs. cream cheese
8 oz. sharp Cheddar cheese, grated
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. pickle relish
1/8 tsp. Tabasco sauce
1/4 tsp. onion salt
Dash of white pepper

Cream all ingredients together. Be sure they're mixed well. Form into a ball and roll in chopped parsley or grated pecans. Serve with assorted crackers. Serves 12 to 15.
