ITALIAN EGG BISCUITS 
3 1/2 to 4 c. flour
1 c. oil
1 c. sugar
1 c. milk
2 tbsp. baking powder
2 tbsp. lemon extract
2 eggs

Mix flour and other ingredients to form a sticky dough. Roll into small balls 2 inches. Place on ungreased cookie sheet and bake in 400 degree oven for approximately 10 minutes until golden.

FROSTING:

3 tbsp. milk
1 tsp. lemon extract
Enough confectioners' sugar until thick

Frost. Frost each cookie and sprinkle with multi colored jimmies. Yield 5 dozen.
