12 oz. pkg. chocolate chips
12 oz. pkg. butterscotch chips
1 c. peanut butter
1 pkg. miniature marshmallows
1 c. chopped nuts

Melt chips and peanut butter together. Cool, add marshmallows and nuts. Pour into buttered 9 x 13 pan. Refrigerate, cut into bars.
