STROGANOFF POTATOES MICROWAVE 
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 tsp. garlic salt
1 pkg. Julienne potato mix
2 1/4 c. water, boiling
2/3 c. milk
1 sm. can drained mushroom pieces
1/2 c. dairy sour cream

Crumble ground beef into 3 quart casserole dish, add garlic salt. Cover and microwave on high 4 to 5 minutes until done. Stir and drain. Stir in potatoes, sauce mix and boiling water. Cover with wax paper and microwave 10 minutes. Stir in milk. Cover and microwave 4 to 6 minutes until potatoes are tender. Stir in mushrooms and sour cream. Microwave until hot, 1 to 2 minutes.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
