PECAN TARTS 
SHELLS:

3 oz. cream cheese
1 c. flour
1 stick butter

Mix together with hands to make balls the size of walnuts. Press into tea size cupcake tins (small cupcakes).

FILLING:

3/4 c. brown sugar
1 tbsp. melted butter
1 egg
1 tsp. vanilla
3/4 c. chopped pecans or walnuts

Mix filling and pour into shells. Bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 24 tarts.
