MELANIE'S CHICKEN 
1 medium chopped onion
2 tbsp. vinegar
2 tbsp. brown sugar
1/4 c. lemon juice
1 c. ketchup
3 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/2 tbsp. prepared mustard
1 c. water
1/2 c. chopped celery (more if preferred)
Pinch of basil, sage, marjoram, savory, oregano, tarragon, parsley, thyme,
rosemary, salt, and pepper
4 skinless chicken breasts

Mix everything into large oven-proof casserole dish and bake for one hour. Serve with rice.
