6 WEEKS MUFFINS 
1 (15 oz.) box Raisin Bran cereal
1 c. oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. all-purpose flour
2 tsp. salt
5 tsp. baking soda

Mix all ingredients in a very large mixing bowl or kettle. Grease muffin pans and fill 3/4 full. Bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes or until done.

Batter can be stored up to 6 weeks in a covered container in the refrigerator. Muffins can all be cooked and frozen. Recipe makes approximately 50 muffins.
