OVERNIGHT BRUNCH CASSEROLE 
4 slices bread
1 lb. sausage
1 c. cheddar cheese
6 eggs
2 c. milk
1 tsp. dry mustard, optional
Dash pepper
1 tsp. salt

Tear up 4 slices bread. Place in 9x13 greased pan. Brown and drain 1 pound sausage. Spoon over bread. Sprinkle with 1 cup grated sharp cheddar cheese. Beat 6 eggs with 2 cups milk, dry mustard, salt and pepper. Pour over all. Refrigerate overnight. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes.
