LEMON GOOEYS 
CRUST:

2 c. flour
1 c. soft butter
1/2 c. confectioners' sugar

FILLING:

4 eggs
2 c. granulated sugar
6 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. lemon rind
1 tsp. baking powder
4 tbsp. flour

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Blend ingredients for the Crust and pat down in a greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Bake 20 to 25 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare the filling by beating well the ingredients. Pour over hot crust. Bake an additional 20 to 25 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar. Cut into squares when cool. Easy! Must do ahead. Yield: 15 to 18 squares, large squares.
