1 head lettuce or Romaine
1/2 head cauliflower (cut in sm. pieces)
1 chopped onion

DRESSING:

1 c. mayonnaise
1/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. vinegar
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
5 tbsp. bacon bits (optional)

Blend dressing ingredients. Toss with lettuce, cauliflower and onion. Chill.
