CHICKEN WALDORF SUPREME 
4 med. apples, cored and cubed
1 c. celery, chopped
1 1/2 c. seedless grapes
1 c. elbow macaroni, cooked and cooled
2 c. cooked chicken, chopped or cubed
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. sour cream
1 c. walnuts, chopped
1/2 c. heavy cream; whipped with 1 tablespoon sugar

Combine in large bowl, , apples, celery, grapes, macaroni and chicken. In separate bowl mix together mayonnaise and sour cream; add to apple mixture and gently toss. Fold in chopped walnuts and whipped cream. To serve, spoon on lettuce leaves and garnish with fresh parsley. Delicious as a luncheon main dish, or dinner on a warm summer evening.

This dish may be prepared a day ahead by omitting walnuts and whipped cream. Refrigerate mixture; prior to serving, fold in walnuts and whipped cream.
