CREAMETTES CHICKEN SALAD 
2 (7 oz.) pkgs. Creamettes macaroni (4 c. uncooked)
6 c. diced cooked chicken
4 c. diced celery
1/4 c. lemon juice
2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
2 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
12 hard cooked eggs, diced
1 c. toasted slivered almonds (optional)

Prepare Creamettes according to package directions for salad use. Drain. Combine with remaining ingredients, except almonds. Mix well. Chill. Garnish with almonds, if desired, before serving. Yield: 25 (1 cup) servings.

Note: This recipe may be doubled. Hard cooked eggs could be reduced to 1 1/2 dozen for 50 servings.
