RASPBERRY CREAM 
1 pt. softened vanilla ice cream
1 pt. softened raspberry sherbet
1/4 c. frozen orange juice concentrate, thawed
1/4 c. raspberries

In a large bowl, mix ice cream, sherbet and orange juice until blended; do not allow to melt. Spoon into goblets or serving bowls. Chill until serving time. Top with berries and serve. Makes 6 servings.
