APPLE CRUMBLE PIE 
4 lg. tart apples
1 (9") pie crust
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/3 c. butter
3/4 c. flour
1/2 c. sugar

Peel, core and slice apples and arrange in pastry lined pan. Sprinkle over apples, while cutting, the mixture of 1/2 cup sugar and 1 teaspoon cinnamon.

Mix together 1/2 cup sugar with 3/4 cup flour; cut in butter until crumbly. Sprinkle over apples. Bake 40-50 minutes at 400 degrees.
