APPLE CRISP A-LA-MODE 
1 lb. apples, sliced (about 3 c.)
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 c. flour
2 tbsp. brown sugar
3 tbsp. butter
Vanilla ice cream

Pare, core and slice apples, arrange in greased 1 quart baking dish. Pour orange juice over apples.

Combine 2 tablespoons of granulated sugar and cinnamon in a bowl, sprinkle over apples. Combine flour, remaining sugar and brown sugar in same bowl, work in butter with finger tips until crumbly, sprinkle over top.

Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve warm or cold topped with ice cream.
