GRANDPA'S EASY ICECREAM 
1 cup sugar
2 tablespoons vanilla
1 pint heavy cream
4 cups fruit
milk

In the ice cream freezer can, mix together one cup sugar, two tablespoons vanilla, one pint heavy cream or half and half. Stir well.

Add four cups fresh fruit, and fill to the freeze line with milk.

Put freezer can in outer tub of ice cream freezer. Fill with ice and rock salt in a ratio of five cups ice to one cup rock salt.

Plug in the motor before adding ice and salt.

Freeze according to directions included with ice cream machine.
