SHEPHERD'S PIE OR CHINESE PIE 
1 can creamed corn
1 can whole kernel corn
1 lb. hamburg
2-3 c. mashed potatoes
1 onion
Salt & pepper

Brown onions, add hamburg and cook; drain. Put hamburg mixture in bottom of casserole, then put layer of whole corn, then creamed corn, then mashed potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees until heated and brown on top. Serves 4 to 6.
