SUNDAY BEST CORN 
6 bacon strips sliced
1 c. sliced fresh mushrooms
1/4 c. chopped onion
2 10 oz. pkg. frozen corn, thawed
1 c. cheese sauce

In a skillet cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels and drain reserving 1 Tbsp. drippings. Sauté mushrooms and onion in drippings until tender. Stir in corn, cheese sauce and bacon. Cook and stir for 2-4 minutes or until cheese is melted.
