BROCCOLI WITH MUSHROOM AND
CHEESE SAUCE
 
1 lb. bag frozen broccoli
1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. American cheese, grated
1/2 c. cheddar cheese, grated

Cook broccoli according to package directions, be sure not to over cook. Place in an oven safe serving dish.

In a medium saucepan mix soup and milk. Heat over low light. When soup begins to simmer add cheese, stirring constantly. Continue cooking until cheese is melted. Pour over broccoli. Place in an oven at 350 degrees for about 10 minutes.
