CHEESE GRITS 
1 3/4 c. grits (cook according to directions)
1 stick butter
2 (10 oz.) pkgs. cheese (cheddar)
3 beaten eggs
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1 can chopped green chilies
Salt to taste

Cook grits. Remove from heat. Add butter, cheese, eggs, salt and chilies and Worcestershire sauce. Pour into large 3 quart oblong glass baking dish. Bake 1 hour at 250 degrees. Serves 15.
