SUPER-SIMPLE BEEF BURGUNDY | |
2 lbs. stew beef 2 cans cream of mushroom soup 1 c. red wine 1 env. dry onion soup mix Trim excess fat from beef. Mix all ingredients in 2 quart casserole. Bake, covered, at 325 degrees for 3 hours. Serve over rice, noodles, or mashed potatoes. |
