ROAST BEEF 
Flour
1 (3 lb.) beef roast
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
1 can mushroom soup
1 pkg. dry onion soup mix

Flour roast, brown on both sides. Sprinkle with salt. Pepper and onion soup mix on both sides. Place on foil. Dilute mushroom soup with a small amount of water, spread over roast. Wrap roast in foil. Bake at 300 degrees until tender.
