JELLO FLUFF 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. Jello (regular or sugar-free)
1/4 c. sugar (or artificial sweetener)
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1 1/2 c. Cool Whip

Dissolve Jello and sugar in hot water, add cold water. Chill until beginning to thicken. Add Cool Whip and blend thoroughly. Allow to set until firm.
