APPLE SPICE CUSTARD CAKE 
1 (18 1/4 oz.) pkg. spice cake mix
2 med. apples, pared, cored and finely chopped (about 2 c.)
1 (14 oz.) can sweetened condensed milk
1 c. sour cream at room temperature
1/2 c. lemon juice
Ground cinnamon for garnish

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Prepare cake mix according to package directions; stir in apples. Pour batter into a well-greased and floured 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake for 30 minutes or until wooden toothpick inserted in center comes out clean.

Meanwhile, in a medium-sized bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, sour cream and lemon juice. Remove cake from oven and spread cream mixture over to. Return cake to oven and bake for 10 minutes more or until the top is set (like custard). Cool completely, then sprinkle with cinnamon. Keep refrigerated.
