CHICKEN BAKE 
1 can cream of chicken soup
3/4 c. milk
1/4 tsp. salt
2 c. chopped, cooked chicken
1 pkg. (1 lb.) broccoli, carrots and cauliflower mix, thawed
1 c. (4 oz.) shredded Cheddar cheese
1 can French fried onion rings
1 c. biscuit mix
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/4 c. milk

Combine soup, milk, salt, chicken, vegetables, 1/2 cup cheese, 1/2 can onion rings and spread mixture into greased 8x12 inch baking dish. Bake at 425 degrees for 10 minutes, uncovered.

Combine biscuit mix, egg and milk to form dough. Spoon over hot chicken mix to form lattice design. Bake uncovered at 425 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden brown. Top with remaining cheese and onion rings. Bake 3-5 minutes.
